Well, I did just buy a set of heavy weights to help myself follow this motto…
(via tinylemon)
A conversation with my fat.
- Me: So listen, we need to talk.
- Fat: Is something wrong?
- Me: Its just.... well, it's not working out.
- Fat: But - but, we've been together for so long.
- Me: There's someone else.
- Muscle: Hey there, baby.
Just unfollowed way too many people..

*I will be strong and not fall into this depression of my life*
-refrains from reblogging all the pics and gifs that express my feels-

3 red apples, a large banana, and a lump of fresh ginger root made into a “porridge” in the food processor.
That sounds delicious.
I was inspired by this so I made my own motivational weight loss jars! The red ones are hearts and I’m going to put one in the jar for every 5 pounds lost!
That’s such an awesome idea :-)
It’s true, these are a really good workout. I know some of the Insanity workouts incorporate it and called it a “pushup jack” or something like that.

Spinach Burgers
These are the absolute best! I am making them again tonight!
Makes about 4
1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well in a bowl
Now, form into burger-sized patties. (or you can do spinach balls)
Heat a non stick skillet over med-high. Spray with a bit of cooking spray.
Cook about 5-6 minutes.
Serve on your choice of bread product, or eat them “naked”.

I have all the ingredients except for breadcrumbs! I WANT TO MAKE THESE!
